Neighborhood Association Goals & History
History: April Pennix was voted the Neighborhood President in 2004. The neighborhood is extremely diverse with Hispanic, Cuban, African, Muslim, Vietnamese, and American cultures. The housing mix is made up of Sandra Anderson homes, Habitat Homes, and private owners.
